czwarty tom “pieśni lodu i ognia” to w zasadzie nawet nie propozycja, ale po prostu – ponieważ czwarty – powinność, efekt dawno wcześniej podjętych decyzji wgłębienia się w świat zwany filmowo “grą o tron”. dwuczęściowa “uczta dla wron” zwalnia niestety, autor koncentruje się wyłącznie na mniej więcej połowie dotychczasowych bohaterów oraz wprowadza zamęt z nowymi postaciami oraz liniami rodowymi, od ilości których zaczyna kręcić się w głowie. gdzieś w tle dogasającej pożogi z poprzednich tomów rośną nowe niepokoje, dotychczasowi bohaterowie generalnie próbują osadzić się w nowym (nie)porządku. i byłoby nieciekawie, gdyby nie brianne, która ratuje tą część opowieści i kradnie ją pozostałej części towarzystwa. byle do “tańca ze smokami”.

the fourth volume of the “the song of ice and fire” series is not even the proposal – because of being ‘fourth’, it is an function, an effect of previous decisions of diving into the world, also known popularly as “game of thrones”. two volumes “a feast for crows” unfortunately slacks off, the author focuses on more-less half of previous protagonists and adds a confusion with new ones, with their bloodlines which numbers cause feeling dizzy. on the background of the conflagration from previous volumes that burns out now, a new concerns are borning, well known protagonists try to settle themeselves in a new (dis)order. and it could have be almost unexciting, but brienne saves the story and thieves it from the rest of company. after crows – “dance with dragons” comes.
